Another column? Do they never stop? I guess not. Anyway, this one will handle some very dangerous information: mathes! I know that some of you are already hiding beneath that desk. But hey, you can't build 3D stuff without it, can you? So, what's this gonna be about? Because you can fill a bottomless pit with maths. Well, I'm planning to do some chapters about 3D geometry in general: vectors, points, lines, planes and more of that stuff. In the first one we will handle the very basics of geometry: vectors and points. You will need that to do all the other stuff. I realize that it might go very quickly for people who've never heard of vectors, and that it might go very slow for those who already know more of it. But I wanted to put something in it for everybody, so I guess that's the price you pay. Anyway, this column will be a summary of how I understand 3D geometry, and I hope that it can be a guide for others. I'll see you in geometry hell... Regards, Bramz |
