This is an image of the terrain engine from Power Render 3.
It has detail textures on the ground, parallax moving sky, infinite
landscape, alpha fogging, and rippling water reflections
with the aid of bump mapping on G400. The water is translucent and you
can go below the surface. The height of the water can be changed at any
time and the reflections are generated appropriately. Reflections are
done by rendering the scene inverted to a texture, then using a bump map
with scrolling texture coordinates to distort the image.
